Osprey Aura 35

£90.00

This daysack is a little different to most others and deserves a closer look. It is entered via a zip-around opening, rather than the normal lid closure. The zip is protected by a stormflap that helps to keep out the rain. The stretchy fabric front pocket provides a superior alternative to the elastic you sometimes get on packs for extra stowing of gear. There are compression straps for the sides and the base, and an internal pocket can be accessed from both inside and outside the pack. The back system is fully adjustable, vented and exceptionally comfortable. The hipbelt comes with mesh pockets on each side, which are handy for hats and gloves. But the external pockets will not hold a bottle, should you want to keep some water separate and handy. There is also no rain cover supplied, and although the back system has a cavity, it is not as exposed to air movement as some other designs are.

wow! this is my favourite piece of kit. OK so its £90 but I'm convinced that its value for money as it fits me properly. I think it comes in three sizes and I love that Osprey acknowldge that not all women are the same size. Its actually long enough for my torso and the chest straps actually accomodate my bosom avoiding the ever attractive compressed chest that I've had from other cheaper packs. Everything on this pack is perfect for me - I cannot and will not complain
