Although designed for women, it is best-suited to more petite ladies, with its shorter back and overall shape. The shoulder straps are a lot thinner than those on the men’s variant and can dig in when the pack is loaded. The hip straps are great, with the split design helping to grip. The back system is excellent, with its light feel and air circulation. Capacity does feel smaller than others in the same category, although that is more to do with the clever teardrop shape of the pack. Mesh side pockets hold water bottles well, although they did work more effectively when the pack was loaded.
