This is a relatively lightweight kit bag made from a not very puncture-resistant fabric that is welded at the seams to create a waterproof design. The main closure is a rolltop design to again ensure waterproofness. You get a removable shoulder strap, and you could carry the bag on the shoulders with the standard carry handles. But the main closure cannot be locked, which is the main drawback.
