This ultralight rucksack’s good sliding shoulder straps are ideal for running; elasticated hipbelt stabilises load; deep side mesh pockets with drawcords; bungee accessory cord on front; pockets on hipbelt; two front pockets; hydration system-compatible. But 20 litres is tight for mountain marathons; not much reflective material; 730g is relatively heavy.

Verdict
Superb for running, biking or hiking, but capacity is a drawback for all but zero comfort adventure races.
