Well-featured with an airy back system that has a narrow cut to help air move. Compression is good with four straps pulling the load up on to your back. They also help to reduce the volume and profile of the pack considerably for lighter days too. Shoulder straps are well-shaped to fit shoulder contours, although not as well-vented as some. The central vertical zip on the front pocket can also be a bit of a pain to use.
