It doesn’t get much better than this. Nicely padded shoulder straps make load carrying comfortable, and although the hip fins aren’t padded, the flexible mesh design is incredibly comfortable. The hip belt adjusts by pulling the straps forward, a system which makes it really easy to get a secure, snug fit, while the back system uses an effective channelling system which helps keep the pack light while allowing an adequate flow of air and keeping the load close to your centre of gravity. There is a really useful array of pockets and a clever two-way zip that offers alternative access to the main compartment.
