I bought these on the 29th November and have just taken them on their first outing.
A very rainy, wet and muddy 5-6 miles round Hertfordshire.
Facing floods on tarmaced country lanes and deeply squelchy mud in fields and muddy lanes, that carried the smooth slip marks of lesser boots, these ZG40s' carried my 18 stone through all this in sure footed dry comfort.
Even leaping across flooded drainage gullys cut in field banks, these boots never for a moment gave me cause for concern and gripped so well.
On the tarmaced country lanes they where as comfortable here as where grippy on the mud.
Love these boots!
I'll try and give update as the winter progresses and we plan for bigger things in the Lake District.
