This children’s walking boot has a waterproof lining; reasonable stiffness in toe and heel cup; aggressive lug pattern on sole for grip in the mud; superb price. But sole is quite flexible and the toe and heel cup, although good, are not quite as supportive as the best, which limits the usefulness of the boot; less underfoot cushioning than some; a leather upper would be more durable.
