Asolo’s Micro Pully lacing system does an excellent job of keeping feet secure and comfortable and offset locking eyelets really clamp the boot to your foot. These have a high, supportive ankle cuff and a reassuringly stiff, triple-density midsole which provides graduated cushioning and excellent shock absorption. A Gore-Tex lining and high ankle cuff do an excellent job of keeping water out, and minimal padding means your feet shouldn’t get too hot. The sole grips really well on rock and sheds mud well to retain grip on soft ground. A little TLC and these boots will stay looking good for years.
