Review: A really comfy rubber grip, let down by very narrow webbing straps. The poles also have a section of foam that extends down the shaft slightly but this isn’t held in position so can move up and down if you pull on it heavily. The aluminium shaft proved strong, but is quite heavy. The twistlock adjusters worked well, but the antishock system is too easily switched on and off. These are still definitely worth a punt for walkers on a budget or those who are yet to be convinced of the benefit of poles.
