Dunno Harvey. I don't know Warnscale Bottom Bothy but the following link take you to images of Warnscale Head Bothy. The website (Mountain Bothies Association) has a Q&A section and contacts who may know more.

Re: Bothy - Warnscale Bottom

Harvey........I visited a small bothy which is hidden from general view when ascending Haystacks from Gatescarth farm. Proceed along the track below Fleetwith pike, but then cross over the bridge to the RIGHT, just before the slog begins. It is a smashing little path with more interest than the track on the LH side of the valley. It rises quicker, and as you gain height just below Green crag, the path rises towards the left and the imminent ravine. If you keep looking over your right shoulder at this point you will notice a small level area. at the back of it is a bothy with a chimney.I'm sure that it has a chimney. We walked in (curious as ever) and could smell that wood had been burnt in there, and, more especially there was a bottle half full of whisky.Nice gesture, I thought. But I didn't try it, I have to say, because you never know if someone's idea of a joke is to fill the bottle with another liquid altogether!!
