Assuming I'm able to get time off work, I'd love to come...

Although I must admit, detours I don't mind - but tee-total behaviour scares me rigid !!!

I'll wave a hand of vague interest!

I went there by myself last year and had a great wander so a group tour would be fun. All depends on how much my car insurance costs me that month....

Ps, a very comfy bunkhouse with fantastic facilities including a fully kitted out kitchen is available on the campsite, there's also 2 pubs and a shop.  :heaven:

*Sigh*  Suppose I'd better come along, eh, Twigs?

Close enough to come just for the day - that will leave a bed free for someone else. (Seem to remember saying that last year... )

Circles revisited?! Sounds canny to me...

Count me in Twiggs mate, probably plus 1 like....

Most likely camping, will see.

I do have recollections of drinking an ale called NEMESIS... Is that on the cards again?! Lol.

Re: Circles meet revisited (without the detours)

Just read through the whole of the original thread from 18 months ago - there's an hour of my life I'll never get back, but very entertaining reading!  And I shouldn't have to be in the office - it's half term, dammit!

Better start buffing up the flapjack recipes...

And thanks, Spiky - I'd forgotten about the NE-ME-SIS!!

Twig, put the missus and I down for the main day. Not sure if we'll stay, we'll sort ourselves out with a b&b if we do. (any recommendations?)

Re: Circles meet revisited (without the detours)

Oh yes I remember it well, drinking shiraz (I’m classy) then finding the tent under the Christmas tree on the farmers lawn, having a cup of coffee in the morning face to face with a water buffalo!

Pencil me in Twigs, I’ll be camping, thanks
