Can I clean the Gore-Tex lining of my boots?

Take the footbed out: does the liner extend fully underfoot? If so, fill the boots up with lukewarm water and a cleaner such as Nikwax Tech Wash. Leave for 15 minutes, rinse out and dry. If the liner doesn’t extend underfoot, rub in the cleaner then rinse it out rather than fully soaking the boot.
