Is moderate exercise enough to keep me fit?

Answer

By Anonymous

Not according to most studies, which say that health benefits come from vigorous activities such as jogging, hill-walking or competitive sports.

But it turns out that the majority of the British public (56 per cent of men and 71 per cent of women) actually do believe that moderate exercise is more beneficial than vigorous exercise according to studies at Exeter and Brunel Universities.
