I feel sleepy after lunch, can walking help?

Tell your boss it’s not your fault. Feeling lazy after lunch is a natural human urge. Physiologist Nick Draper from the Centre for Adventure Science Research says, “From 3-4pm we experience a naturally sluggish period. You can counter the effects by stepping outside for some fresh air and walking for 20-30 minutes. This is all it takes to beat the slump and get you feeling wide awake again."
